Bill, you are right. The organization in the College Licensing
Commission  in Atlanta. I had to deal with them when I was setting up my
site. I had to create my own logo and wasn't allowed to use Bearcat in
my name.  Interesting now that there are so many other sites that use
Bearcat in their  name. And no I don't want any cheese with my whine,
sorry.

That is certainly wrong. If it is copyrighted, they can come  after you.
Years ago (Global Bearcat days) I posted a C-Paw on an  AOL sharing
area. I eventually got tracked down by lawyers from  the University (or
a Marketing company hired by the University).  They didn't sue me or
anything, but they required me to get it taken  down, which wasn't easy.
