Vincent Banks is the wild card on this
years team. If he is as good as advertised,
he could move into the starting sg spot mid-way
through the year. From all reports I have read,
his is a relentless worker and a fierce competitor.
Huggins can play a four guard line up if he wants
against some smaller teams as well. Jihad-Chadd,
Banks-Williams, White-Kirkland, Bright-Kirkland, &
Maxiell-Hicks. We really need someone to help on
the boards for this team to compete against the
elite teams in the country.

. . .and I can validate what Meach said, since I was with him for both
the boxing class and Open Gym that day. (FYI - the boxing class was
non-contact and meant as a conditioning and aerobic exercise.)
Jihad - good golly Fast. His footwork was most impressive. During the
games he focused on moving the ball, so I didnt see him shoot much.
Vincent - always "on". Even tho it was an open gym against mostly HS
players, he was the hardest working guy on the court. At one point he
was playing center against a 6-8 college freshman and got most of the
rebounds anyway. When I first saw him I thought that someone had
accidentally attached Jason Maxiell's arms to a guard. Great looking
shot too.
