Mike - Question: So if any of us UC fans goes up to a potential recruit and
talks to him and tries to encourage him to attend UC, without any money or
gifts exchanging hands, it would be a violation?

Attendance is never a problem. Contacting the player is where trouble
starts.

The AAU season is effectively over for most players. The only thing I
think Eaton's Dallas Mustangs team might be involved in is a tourney in
Houston in early Sept. But that's a guess.

You might have to wait for the HS season.

If anyone can tell me what Eaton's summer ball schedule is I might be
able to make an unofficial appearance at one of his games in the Dallas
area. I'm not a UCAT so I don't believe it would violate any rules if I
were to show up "dressed up". =)

Given some of the comments on the forum, one would think point guards
and centers grow on trees. I found this article about the pool of point
guard talent interesting.

Also, there is a blurb about Eaton who is considered on the 5 or 6
prizes in the group.
