I thought I read somewhere on the forum that Pilgrim`s mother works at UC and was thus
eligible to attend UC for free.   If this is true, why would he need a scholarship.   If what I
thought I read was in error, please let me know.

I read the item about a possible PG recruit-----Jihad Mohammed-----.   At this point in time,
he might be a great player, but what a s**t name.   The media would have a field-day with  
that name especially If he should be a problem child.  If I were a coach, I would bypass this one.
But I`ll probably take some flaming on this but that is my opinion.

I hope we sign Loften, everything I`ve read about him is positive.   He may not be super-quick but
he can really shoot the ball.   Similar things were said about another point guard we signed about
5 years ago and he turned out to be quite a player=Steve Logan.
