Ethical means it would be a violation of copyright laws. You cannot take
someone's copyrighted material and copy it and use it yourself unless you
have permission. It would probably be a pain to get permission since many
newspapers are going this route (Columbus, Charlotte, New York, Dallas) and
likely they would not want to give there stuff away to other's sites.
