If it was me and my coach (or manager or whatever) told me I didn't have the
WILL to win, I would really be pissed! I mean I would take that very
personally, and I would come out with fire. Perhaps that's what happened at
USM, and perhaps that's what will happen Tuesday, but they just can't keep
that fire consistently. Maybe this is where the early light schedule has
hurt them??? .... whch IS Huggins' (and others') fault.

"Anyway, we lost because as many teams in the past, especially last year's
team, this team lacks the necessary competitive drive that will win close
games. If they don't mentally trash a team in the first 15 minutes, this
team, as it currently sits, will not fair well down the stretch. They don't
have enough guys that have the WILL to win. They're talented, but RIGHT NOW,
they don't have the heart, and it appears that Huggins hasn't figured out
how to motivate them to the next level. But I think he will...."

Mike that paragraph sums it up I think. There is not a Logan, Van Exel, or
Martin who will will this team to win and do it himself if necessary.
Bobbitt has tried, but for some reason, has not quite done it. I would love
to see Maxiell step in and take this team as Martin began to do late in his
junior year. Even though he is quiet, he might be the best solution.
