RE: Huggins outcoached....again

I actually find these posts humorous. I've been on this forum for over 10
years, and you can just bet on the fact that if Cats lose, someone will say
Huggins got out coached. It's guaranteed money. I'm not saying he did or he
did not, but it's just funny how he never gets out coached when they win.
Surely, if Huggins is a lesser coach, prone to getting out coached that we
would simply get lucky sometimes when we win.

Anyway, we lost because as many teams in the past, especially last year's
team, this team lacks the necessary competitive drive that will win close
games. If they don't mentally trash a team in the first 15 minutes, this
team, as it currently sits, will not fair well down the stretch. They don't
have enough guys that have the WILL to win. They're talented, but RIGHT NOW,
they don't have the heart, and it appears that Huggins hasn't figured out
how to motivate them to the next level. But I think he will....

I hate to say it, but Huggs got out coached by Bobby
Lutz and he's gotten out coached in both their losses.
 He needs to hire an offensive coordinator.  I'm
actually starting to think that last years team had a
better half court offense than this years team.
Luckily, this year we have more talent.  It's painful
to see Kareem Johnson and Eric Hicks taking 15 foot
jump shots because their offense has no flow to it
whatsoever.  Charlotte had an open shot after every
timeout but Cinci did not have any good set plays
after timeouts.

I know their are a lot of people out their that won't
say anything bad about Huggins, but his half-court
offense year after year is just pathetic.  There is no
excuse this year because they have talent and
athleticism at every position. They have a good inside
scorer and great outside shooters but still a horrible
half-court offense.

p.s. - losses may be good for this team because they
are way too cocky. They need to realize that they
aren't as good as they think.
