Whaley out for Tulane (at least)

According to the Enquirer this morning, Whaley will not even make the trip to Tulane for tonight's game.  He did not "satisfy Huggins' requirements".
 
I know it's still early, but he's beginning to look like the big loser many said he was when they warned against recruiting him.
