I think if I key on the Bearcats I key on Max. I try to get him into foul
trouble but I know what you mean. I saw the CUSA leaders and no Bearcats
to be seen. However, for this year that is a good thing. I like it this
way.
I can't wait till Jan 14th and Jan 21st to see how good/bad we really are.
I feel like Dayton must have coming to play us at the Shoe. I feel
really confident this is a good team but after Dayton's recent losses I
don't think they were a good measuring stick. I'm not 100% sold Marquette
(sp?) is a good measuring stick but playing them on the road will make it
tough to win. A win will tell me we belong at 12 but not with the big
boys of the top 5. Now a win at Marquette and at Louisville will
definitely tell me we are a top 5 team and if we win them convincingly
then I will boast we are the best team in the country. I hope I get to
do that but I would rather do it and the end of the tournament.

[UC Basketball] Assists
I am surprised that we have seen no discussion of UC's interesting stats
for individual assists. There are 5 guys at 2.0 or better and a sixth
at 1.9. These six guys average between 1.9 and 2.9 APG and total almost
15 a game between them.
My question is, do you like this or would you perfer to have a 6 APG and
a 4 APG guy? I think this stat fits right in with this year's team.
Depth and diversity. Just like with scoring, it is hard to key on a
guy, you have to key on 10 of them...
