Found RPI strength-of-schedule data back to 1995-96 season at
http://www.mratings.com/rate/cb-m.htm

average SOS ranking: UC 33.4, OSU 36.8

(I don't want to beat a dead horse, so I won't mention the overall
rankings over those same eight years which are UC 14.4, OSU 69.1)

I would not consider basketball Ohio State's premier sport even though
they went to the final four in 1999 and they play a much tougher schedule
than UC ( I know I am beating a dead horse with the schedule thing)

For what it's worth, in the past five full seasons UC's average strength
of schedule ranking is 38.6, while OSU's is 36.8 (these are Sagarin
rankings - I couldn't find the RPI). Pretty close, I'd say.
