If he has been playing with a bad knee, it might explain some of his
struggles, as well. Better he have it fixed now than later.

Actually, maybe him being out will force the other guys to work harder
at rebounding, and it will make Whaley realize he needs to be in there
working hard.

I had no idea. This is exactly the kind of thing we don't want. Whaley
needs every bit of practice, exposure, experience he can get.

Wow, it's quiet in here, especially given that 1) it's game day and 2)
Whaley is out 2-4 weeks. I guess this is the best time for said surgery
as we have the upcoming break, but I hope this doesn't set him back
further.
