Bob was extolling on the lack of senior leadership again this year and how
we need a vocal leader.  He talked alot about how no one speaks up much in
practice except for Tony Bobbitt who "talks all the time, but never really
says anything."  (i'm paraphrasing)

Lack of leadership really hurt this team last year and I hope someone steps
up to be the vocal leader.  That person doesn't have to be a great player,
just a leader to get on guys asses when needed and pick guys up when needed.
