The non-league schedules are set that far ahead.  The conference 
slates have been done in the past year-to-year (though C-USA had gone 
to a two-year schedule rotation where the teams  that you play at 
home this year will be road games next year.  After two years, the 
teams that you did not play prviously rotate back in and two other 
rotate out).

Playing a BE schedule in 2004 would be difficult only because you 
would have to schedule around the non-conference games that had 
already been schedule.  A 2005 start probably makes more sense.
