Football schedules are often set years in advance so I would be
surprised if UC were able to start playing BE football before 2006.
Basketball schedules are not set that far in advance so playing BE hoops
starting after this season may be possible

Is anyone else counting the hours until the press conferences from UC &
the BE finalizing the switch of conferences?

And by the way - how stupid is it that we have to play not only this
year, but next in football and hoops as well, in C-USA?  They have their
new schools selected, we have our new conference selected - what is the
point in dragging this out another full year?  Surely there must be a
way to obviate the penalties and allow everyone to move on!
