Though we would like to think it does, nobody cares about conferences or
rivalries or academics or success or divisions or crossovers or ......

I agree that BC is a big loss, but their fball program has been

Question about ND:  Does anyone think they will regain their Lou Holtz

of success?  Personally, I do not think they can do it as an
independent.  I
wonder how they would feel about a BE fball conference that eventually
went
to 12 teams, and fielded two 6 team divisions.  You play the other 5
within
your division and 1 crossover game that rotates.  That would be only 6
conf.
games.  Would something like that be worth it if ND said they'd do it?
