What about the court?  That's worth at least $10 million more.  How
about the 
"Jeff Wyler Court in the Fifth Third Arena at the Myrl H. Shoemaker
Center at the Lindner Varsity Village at the University of Cincinnati.

The building is still the Shoemaker Center.  Basketball plays in Fifth
Third Arena.  The full title is Fifth Third Arena at Shoemaker Center.
