Re: Vanderbilt Athletic Department

Newspapers today are replete with stories about Vanderbilt changing the way
the University handles its intercollegiate athletic structure and somehow
integrating it with intramural athletics, and in some shape or manner
folding it into the University as a whole. The reports, probably in typical
journalistic overstatement, indicate that this approach, if proven
successful, would "revolutionize" college sports administration. Would some
kind soul with knowledge of what this is all about, and an understanding of,
let's say UC's, structure, explain what this is all about? (Where is Brian
when you really need him?)
