RE: New ACC targets

Before all of the Forum members spend the better part of the rest of the summer "What iffing" about conference affiliation changes, please be aware that this process is going to take awhile. It won't be done in a week or a month. It may be six months or longer before plans start going public and you can be guaranteed that there will be much thought put into it to make sure that whatever moves are made are what the majority wants.

With that in mind, you can peruse the different papers across the country (I have attached below a set of links that a man in New Mexico puts together every day and disseminates) and come up with just about every rumor for every situation. Somebody said this here and somebody said this there. The papers all need something to right about and, in the absence of hard facts and breaking news, every columnist will become an expert and voice their opinions. There have been no decisions made right now so all you are going to get is speculation and rumor. If a president makes an off-hand comment, I wouldn't read too much into it.
