and family.  Feel free to borrow liberally if you desire:

Subject: UC needs your help

Sorry to bother some of you at work, but this is important.  It appears as
if the Philadelphia 76ers are having the public vote on the last member of
their dance team for next year and it has come down to a former UC dance
team member against a skanky, uh, person who is not a former UC dance team
member.  It appears skankiness and big "talents" is all the rage these days
in Philly, but we can show this is not a national trend.  Please vote for
Erika and vote for real talent over fake "talents".
