While i don't agree with his phrasing, I can see where the "Great Rick"
could be disapointed.  I didn't know UL basketball grossed $12mill - most in
NCAA.  I'm sure his majesty can only picture himself playing the top teams
and the game of the week every week, instead of road trips to ECU and TCU.

He usually seems so measured, and the timing is very interesting.  A
political comment designed to facilitate UL's step up?  Great if it works,
but that could be a big 'ol plate of crow if they stay in CUSA and still
can't win it.

But hey, UL deserves a better league - and so do we.  Not that CUSA is
"God-awful", but he has a point - even though he put it rather crudely.
Although I'm sure he'll get some "yee-haw - give 'em hell Ricky" cheers from
some of the Commonwealth residents.
