Like it or not this IS another incident.  Getting arrested, even if found
not guilty, puts a blemish on your program.  My main concern is even if he
was breaking up a fight why is he hanging around with people who get into
fights.

Everyone on the Barton County side of the issue concluded that Whaley was
trying to break up a fight.  Now, 3 months later, folks on the Garden City
side have determined that Whaley was an active participant.

Which is the truth?  We shall see.  However, there's a *long* way to go
before anyone can say that Whaley was at fault anymore than Eric Hicks was
when he got shot in the leg.

My main point is, this is not *another* incident.
