That was the first thing I thought also. Could this be another case of somebody trying to make a case a bigger deal then it truly is by dragging a somewhat big-name athlete in to it? When the incident first happened the Barton JC officials said that Whaley's involvement was one of trying to break the fight up, I just hope a school official witnessed that happening.
