Whaley Incident - sounds strange

Yeah, I cringed when I read the first post too. After reading the article and realizing it is the same incident from February that he was suspended for, I wonder what all could be at play here. He is a prominent player on a prominent team, so how could 2 people who were assaulted take so long to identify him? 

Many of these players (not just Bearcat recruits mind you) come from very different backgrounds, where a "fracas" like this might not be that unusual. I do find the quote from the "undersheriff" interesting: "It was kind of a brawl," Vaughan said. 

I guess it wouldn't be a Bearcat offseason without something. I am not sure if this would scare off Alexander Johnson or entice him with playing time. Huggins better get the facts quick enough to tell Johnson he will start before he announces his decision this weekend :)
