RE: Low Post Depth

My thought about personnel is if we win most of them should stay happy,
if we play like last year, and I doubt it, then how many will want to
leave.

Subject: [UC Basketball] Low Post Depth

Just some questions about next years team, especially in the low post
area:

1.) Let's assume that Alexander Johnson signs with UC. How does it
effect playing time with guys like Hicks and Pilgrim and will these guys
be happy or could we see some transfers. (I could care less about the
remaining contingent of this years CBC.)
-Also, even without the signing of Johnson, does anyone have any insight
or heard anything about the future of Hicks and Pilgrim. In other
words, are those two guys still happy about playing here or could we
expect one or maybe both to transfer over this coming summer. I would
really hate to see Hicks go as I think he has a chance to become a very
good defender and a decent offensive player.
2.) Again, assuming Johnson signs here, do we stop recruiting
Terwilliger for 2004 or does he look somewhere else?
Finally, since everyone has thrown there 2 cents in about who the
starting 5 will be next year, here goes mine.
(once White becomes eligible)
PG- N.Williams
SG- Kirkland
SF- White
PF- Maxiell
C - Whaley
First off the bench, Bobbit and Hicks.
Guys warming the end of the bench, Flowers and K. Johnson (especially if
A. Johnson signs).
I see Field returning to more of a specialist (let's call him Craig
Hodges as we make a run for the national title) unless he dramatically
improves his overall game over the summer.
(while White is out)
I see the starting lineup the same with Kirkland sliding to the SF and
Bobbit starting at the SG.
Later,
Jason
