That is where you are totally and completely wrong. A penetrating point
guard draws the defense and allows the point guard to pass out for wide open
shots on the perimeter or easy lay-ups (i.e. Derek Hollmans lay-up against
UAB) Kick out passes (passes that go from inside to outside) create a
better outside shot set-up than passing around the perimeter.

Folks, there are two things that are really hurting the Bearcats and neither
of them have to do with PG.
1. CBC has not worked. We have absolutely no presence in the center
position. Our centers have not rebounded, have not defended much and have
not scored. Imagine for just a second if Marquette's center played for UC?
2. Shooting has ranged from OK to downright awful. Example: Field
Williams had several wide open looks in the 1st half against Marquette that
he did not make. And there have been countless occurrences this season of
players missing wide open looks at the basket.
Switching Moore and Barker would not solve either of the above problems.
