point is this:
sure moore slips on D sometimes, but he also makes big plays on
defense...timely blocks, steals, etc. now, it is obvious that he is a
better offensive PG than Barker. He is capable as a freshman to push in
open court and penetrate at the right times. If he can be an impact player,
which is what I think the team needs, I say let him start and play 30-35
minutes and see what happens. Worst case, Barker gets pissed and comes back
with another big game like he did last time he got benched. But, although
Barker is a better defender, he makes a lot of errors on that end as well.
If you really watch him on D, you will see many mental lapses and some lazy
play(just like anyone else on this team)

I just think they need a spark, and Moore might be the one to provide it

His name is Chad Moore.

<snip> Nobody makes quick passes to inside guys.

Did you happen to notice the quick bounce pass from Chad Moore to Maxiell
in
lane about 3 feet from the basket in the 1st half that led to a basket.

Did you notice what happened on the trip back down the court? Moore,
assist up 2, Moore no defense (gives up a 3), down 1.
