RE: Bearcats Personality = Stokes?

Well articulated, Chris. Other than the occasional drive to the hoop,
Stokes (among others) was content with taking the outside shot. I was very
frustrated with the "jack" (as in "jack it up from 3") offense last night.

Given the paucity of posts about last night's game, I assume that the Forum
is following Huggs' lead and trying to forget this one ASAP? I say good
plan.

Short-term amnesia kicking in,
Shawn

We all keep wondering what is wrong with the team having such odd
ups and downs. Well, the simple answer may be that Stokes is the
de facto team leader as a senior. I really like him, but his
Bearcat career has been defined by amazing performances such as
against UCLA in the NCAA tournament last year and then "what
happened" disappearing acts.

Well, doesn't that sound like the 2002-2003 Bearcats?

Last year's team would fight and claw much like Steve Logan.

So hopefully someone can emerge next year because I don't see
this split personality being resolved this season.

Here's hoping that Leonard/the Bearcats have an "up" game with
energy in what will probably be a more wide open game against
Memphis. Maybe we at least survived one of the disappearing act
games with a win at least.
