I agree that there is some logic to starting Bobbitt and bringing Field
off the bench.  But Tony simply *has to* work on his shot selection.  I
have no problem with Tony taking decent shots and missing them; I have a
lot of problems with any player that jacks up shots as soon as he touches
the ball.  If Tony would simply play more under control, the shots would
fall for him.  (P.S.  Yes, Max also could improve on his shot selection.)
