Seth just got a one year extension.  I've been disappointed with USF, they've underachieved too long.  The American could be tougher next year (imagine that) with Depaul's resurgence.  Charlotte will be better, although St. Lou will always be dangerous, I doubt they overcome Perry's departure.  But they always have one guy who steps up and fills that vacated role.  Memphis could be a whole lot stronger in the National and in the country, but that's about it in that divison.  South. Miss has a bunch of talent and Houston and Tulane have nice recruiting classes.  It might be a couple years before those bottom feeders to contend.  But I should remain focused on this year.
