Louisville Schedule

Since we all need a diversion from the "Bearcats Stink" threads this week, I thought I would post an observation about Louisville's schedule. The Cards have played Kentucky, Ohio State and Indiana this year, beating them all.
These three opponents would be marque match-ups for the Bearcats on an annual basis, but we are unable to schedule any of them. Yet U of L has all three this year. I know the UK game is legislated by the Commonwealth, but why can U of L get OSU and IU on their schedule.
This year, UC has not and will not play any Big 10 conference opponents. In the past, we have played Minnesota, IU, and Mich St, that I can recall. We need to get some more games against the Big 10. I wonder if we have ever contacted Iowa, Illinois or Michigan about a home and home series? Or Purdue? Outside the Big 10, Notre Dame would also be a great series.
