Steve Logan has missed a full week of practices

This was in the SF paper this morning - 

"Unsigned second-round pick Steve Logan has missed a full week of
practices. Neither side is commenting on the holdout." 

Previous articles have said he is trying to get a guaranteed contract
like the first round picks get, since he was the first selection in the
second round.  But I assume if he sits around for a week at this time of
year, his chances of playing will greatly diminish. 

I've always felt the rookies should sign and >play< their way to a
bigger contract.  If you're good, someone will notice.
