In defense of the Valpo arrangement, they are a good midmajor, but one we
should beat so it will help the RPI.  They are also better than most
directional-hyphen U's that come into the Shoe for fodder.  The main
difference instead of a one for none, this is a two for one.  Not exactly
sure of the rational, but I think it is great that UC is one of the few
major programs willing to do this.  Maybe they should have held out for 3
for one though!  :)
