Valpo

I know Valpo can be a dangerous team, but what gives with this? Even at 2
for 1, I don't see what this series does for UC. Valpo is a good team in a
very ordinary mid-major conference. After what UC has accomplished
nationally over the last dozen years, I would think scheduling would be made
more attractive than this. If Louisville can get Tennessee, Kentucky,
Indiana and Ohio State on its schedule this year, why can't UC get one, two,
three or all of those teams on ITS schedule. Instead, we get a Miami, a
Dayton, a Toledo, a Marshall or a Valpo, all decent programs, but all from
lesser conferences and not one of which games will capture much national
attention or interest. Does anyone think that Louisville, Ohio State,
Indiana or UK would play Valpo on the road, even at 2 for 1? This Bearcat
fan thinks this Valpo thing is very uninspiring.
