Max on Wooden list! No Stokes?

Congrats to Max on making Wooden list as a soph.  But no Stokes?  

I know Max has been visable as he's been making the rounds and got his game properly recognized.  But although Stokes played 2nd banana to Logan (no shame there) he definitley has potential - evidenced by some 30+ games.  Maybe the big voters don't think he's capable of being the 35min 20+ppg leader that takes thes team over?  I was hoping he would but there is a lot of validity in pointing out Stokes' lack of consistency.  Probably a press thing.

But of course, what do these polls really mean anyway?  Wasn't Logan not even in the Wooden final 30 last year until someone got hurt at the last moment?

But it suggests to me that people already believe that next year's team belongs to Max.  I think it has to be Stoke's team (assuming it has to be anyone's team of course).  I have a whole lot to say on these issues - especially Max's place in the offense (can he run the high post?) but I realize I have a tendency to ramble on for quite awhile so I'll save those for later.  2 1/2 months till Midnight Madness!  Plus aren't we all gravitating to a football state of mind?
