Mike,

Thank you for all of your hard work.  Your info is clearly the best source
available on recruiting!  Someone mentioned that surely Michael Perry would
have done some research for his recent article and not just put his finger
in the wind.  I'm not convinced.  I emailed him the day after the fan rally
and asked if there was any reason Holman was absent and mentioned there was
a rumor he was leaving the team. In his article about the event he stated
the only player missing was I-Mac and I do not think he ever corrected that
story.

He thanked me for pointing Holman's absence and passed along a press release
type of statement "he wasn't there for personal reasons."  So much for
independent research.

I just completed the largest recruiting update I have ever done.  I did
updates on 11 of the 13 guys listed.  The main reason I did so much is
because the Nike and abcd Camps have just concluded.

There are a lot of rankings that I placed on the various files, but they
are there for entertainment value only. As fine players have come and
gone thru Clifton, I've learned that sometimes the rankings don't mean
jacksquat.

I also moved our five new guys for this fall to the 'inactive' area to
help clean things up a bit.
