I guess he didn't want his concentration on the summer league game
Tuesday night to be impeded in any way!

I don't know what this says of the rumors it is going to be dropped.  To
me charges like kidnapping do not get dropped, especially when a grand
jury has doled them out.    Maybe Little is hoping to continue it until
all the key witnesses die of old age.
