RE: pre-season polls

The problem with these preseason rankings.

When the season starts -- the polls will have uc off the map.

It will take many weeks to get to top --- the season is so short.

You just don't jump from 25th to 10th!

So, if this year has a great team -- a #1?? it is unlikely it will ever get 
the #1 in the polls.

But , I think this is ok - then earlier in year - there is not a big high 
ranking on us.

Imagine -- the cross town shoot out - Xavier in top 10 -- UC not ranked......

Well -- that will be a great time to make a mark.

BTW - how does Xavier deserve such a high preseason ranking and UC is 
unranked???

What deficiency is there at UC that I am not aware.

How will we stack up against David West?
