RE: pre-season polls

I emailed Andy katz because he had UC ranked 35th. I asked him the same
question: when will you guys learn not to underestimate UC? Two years
ago, unranked, they end up in the sweet 16 and win the conference. Last
year, unranked, they end up highly ranked and a #1 seed. Out of the last
12 years, how many times has UC ended up unranked at the end of the
year? My guess is not too many times. Yet, these morons continue to rank
the likes of Western KY, Kent. St., etc. above UC. I guess we shouldn't
be mad though, because Huggs will just use this as motivation, and the
team will come from off the radar screen.

There is an article on the Enquirer web page that focuses on the high
(top-ten) preseason ranking of Xavier by a few web sites.  UC is
parenthetically mentioned as a preseason number 35(?) or worse.  Don't
these people ever learn?  I figure UC for at least a top 20 team.
