Mike, I agree that moving to the fall is a good idea.  Perhaps right before basketball season starts when everyone's juices are flowing.  The summer is so hard since there are so many other commitments.  There were 3 festivals I know of last weekend and one, the Greek Festival, is a big city-wide event.  Parents run all day to their kids baseball games, and then do not feel like going anywhere.

Everything I heard about the setup seemed ok.  I probably would have gone if I was free, but now that you mention it, the timing could have been better.
