Hubbard will not be on the basketball team this fall.   He recently told
this to Alex Meacham, who I spoke to today.  The reason is his back
injury.  He arrived last year and the injury was minor, but it did not
get better and it will now prevent him from playing basketball anytime
soon. 

It is unclear whether this frees up a scholarship . . .it probably does
. . but I'm not sure if it can be of value this late in the game

Little may be seeking legal action to be reinstated.
