I don't.  I think some of you guys will only be happy when UC issues a
press release weekly quoting Huggins saying, "As of [date], I'm *still*
committed to being the coach at UC."

Look, the media has proven, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that when it comes
to Huggins, they'll say whatever they want.  They'll even make up things if
they want, such as Bob and his wife house hunting in Miami at the very time
he is signing autographs at Forest Fair Mall.  They'll report anything he
does if they think it will get a rise out of someone.

I guarantee you, Huggins does not care *at all* what the media reports
about him, and he *will not* let them (or some of you) tell him who he can
have lunch with, and who he can't.  He is also more than capable of making
sure anyone he cares about (especially prospective recruits) knows the real
story.

Opposing coaches can also say whatever they want.  Some have been known to
lapse into "media mode" on occasion and make up or embellish some
self-serving story.  Any recruit who doesn't take Huggins at his word
better not come to UC, because it will be much worse for him after he
arrives.
