I'm at a loss here. Is Huggs now condemned to never have a lunch, or
get-together, with anyone in a position to offer him a job? That makes no
sense whatsoever.
If he says it has no meaning, why can't we accept that it has no meaning?
Why is evrything he does put under a microscope for us to question? Give it
a break.
FACT: Bob Huggins is good friends with most of the Nuggets administration
going back to when Danny Fortson was drafted by them. He is also friends
with their owner.
FACT: Kenny Satterfield is currently on the Nuggets roster.
FACT: The Nuggets have worked out Steve Logan.
QUESION: There are probably other topics to discuss at the luncheon
besides the head coaching job.
I understand that the Nuggets are going to hire a coach with NBA experience
-- most likely Don Nelson or Eddie Jordan.
