You have to keep in mind that he always draws the toughest guard from the
opposing team, unless he is a 1 or 5. Sometimes that doesn't even matter.
He played Jermaine o"neal straight-up for most of the series with the
Pacers. Now he is chasing Pierce. He got 30, but he always has a chance
of
dropping 50 on someone.
One other thing that is different from College is that you are playing 82
games
and 48 minutes. I always thought it looked like Nick dogged it at times, and
they all do it. They have to for foul and fatigue reasons. But I think that
Kenyon is smarter and if he can not get to a rebound he does not jump and
try. You might think that this is being lazy while someone else sees it as
a smart move to conserve gas. He is also bringing his man away from the
hoop if he is outside.
Now Antoine Walker, he does it to build his fat reserve for the off season
in case McDonalds runs out of beef ;-) He is not going to vacation at the
same beach this year, because he had a bad problem with the locals
trying to push him back in the water since they thought he had beached
himself last year...
