Richard - You should read the column here in Louisville about Bender's draft
"declaration." He actually says that he has no idea how his name got on the
list, despite the fact that the NBA requires a signed notarized written
statement from the athlete before they are put on the list. Bender admitted
that he had called the NBA office to ask about the process but never sent
in any written request, signed/notarized or not. Yeah, and OJ really is
innocent.
