By being arrested and charged for felonious assult and kidnapping, didn't he violate his probation for being stopped May 19, 2001 in Northern KY with possession of marijuana, speeding and DUI? I'm not a lawyer, but I think violating probation is "unlawful"

Don't take this in the wrong way, but I would like to know what unlawful
behavior has been proven so far? I am not in any way implying that I don't
think something unlawful happened, just curious.
