RE: Will Little be there tonight?

Dan,

Mr. Little has already been reinstated to the basketball program once with 
the agreement that he would not have any more "brushes" with the law.  For 
UC to reinstate him yet again after this episode (which was published by 
every national news media outlet) would be terrible.  It has already been 
proven Mr. Little was involved in some type unlawful behavior (the extent is 
to be determined) thus proving to his coach, teammates and fans that he in 
unable to abide by his previous committment of staying out of trouble.
