 Well mike, i'm bracing for a long summer
These problems are'nt Huggs fault but as the head coach he must bear the brunt of these problem and take measures to end them.....in a hurry. With all the bad press Kornheiser etc rumors of him leaving again, shady recruiting practices. Top players will not want to be associated with this program in fear of future  draft position dropping because they are considered THUGS. Huggs had some good players looking at UC for 2003. I'm sure some will take a second look at other programs - I can't blame them.
Little did a big diservice to his team and school and coach. He has spent way more time at UC then he has at any one Hi School. Huggs has shown great support for this school and players, I think thats the message he needs to get to potential recruits that he will back you as far as he can. But he has to draw the line somewhere. This one could really hurt.
